Content You Submit

If you submit or upload any content to Hamro Campus — including notes, files, or materials through our Contact or Contribute forms — you agree that all rights, title, and interest in that content are transferred to Hamro Campus upon submission. This means Hamro Campus may use, edit, publish, distribute, or remove such content at its sole discretion, without further permission from or compensation to you.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• The content is your own original work, or you have the right to share it and to transfer these rights to Hamro Campus.
• It does not infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights.
• It is relevant to BSc CSIT, BIT, or BCA studies and is not harmful, illegal, or offensive.

You are responsible for the content you submit. We review submissions and may reject or remove any content at our discretion.

Users are encouraged to verify important information from official and authoritative sources, as Hamro Campus content is for educational reference purposes.

Hamro Campus is currently completely free to use. In the future, we may introduce paid features or premium content. If and when paid services are introduced:

We may ask for payment details such as a transaction reference or payment proof so we can verify your payment and activate your plan. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hamro Campus:

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
• Uploading or sharing harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Submitting content that you do not have the right to share.
• Harassing, threatening, or spamming other members through messages or group chats.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the website systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the website, or overloading the AI chatbot.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations of Nepal.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

Member messaging. Messaging between members is optional and off by default. Please be respectful. If you receive unwanted or abusive messages, report them to support@hamrocampus.com. We may suspend accounts that misuse messaging or group chats. We do not routinely read member messages, but we may review them if a report of abuse is made, if required by law, or to protect someone’s safety.

AI chatbot. Our chatbot generates answers using AI, and its replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. Questions you type are processed by a third-party AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Hamro Campus provides its services on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content:

• We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any content.
• We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Users are encouraged to verify information from official sources.

Hamro Campus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or its content. This includes but is not limited to:

• Exam results or academic outcomes based on our content.
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
• Interruption or cessation of service.
• Content or messages shared by other members, or answers generated by the AI chatbot.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Reasons for termination include:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings (you will be asked to confirm your password) or by emailing support@hamrocampus.com. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 7 days of your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your access to downloadable content will be revoked.

Content you contributed that we have already published is not removed when your account is deleted (see Section 5). Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will remain in effect after termination.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will:

• Notify registered users of significant changes via email.
• Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.

Hamro Campus प्रयोग गरेर तपाईं यी सेवा शर्तहरू र हाम्रो गोपनीयता नीति मा बाध्य हुन सहमत हुनुहुन्छ। हामी जुनसुकै बेला यी शर्तहरू संशोधन गर्ने अधिकार राख्छौं। परिवर्तनपछि पनि वेबसाइट प्रयोग गर्नु भनेको नयाँ शर्तहरू स्वीकार गर्नु हो। महत्त्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनबारे दर्ता भएका प्रयोगकर्तालाई इमेलमार्फत सूचित गरिनेछ।

४. सामग्री र डाउनलोड

Hamro Campus मा उपलब्ध सबै शैक्षिक नोट्स र सामग्रीहरू केवल व्यक्तिगत अध्ययनका लागि हुन्। डाउनलोड गरेर तपाईं सहमत हुनुहुन्छ कि:

• सामग्री अरूसँग पुनः वितरण, बिक्री वा साझा नगर्ने
• अन्य वेबसाइट वा प्लेटफर्ममा अपलोड नगर्ने
• व्यावसायिक उद्देश्यका लागि प्रयोग नगर्ने
• सबै बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति अधिकार Hamro Campus मा रहन्छ

५. बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति र तपाईंले बुझाएको सामग्री

Hamro Campus मा रहेका सबै सामग्रीहरू, जसमा नोट्स, पाठ, ग्राफिक्स, लोगो र छविहरू समावेश छन्, Hamro Campus को सम्पत्ति हुन् र लागू बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति कानुनहरूद्वारा सुरक्षित छन्। आधिकारिक syllabus र विश्वविद्यालयका सूचना जस्ता केही सामग्री सम्बन्धित धनीका (जस्तै त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालय) हुन् र शैक्षिक सन्दर्भका लागि मात्र देखाइएका हुन्। अनधिकृत प्रयोग कडाइका साथ निषेधित छ।

यदि तपाईंले Contact वा Contribute form मार्फत कुनै नोट्स, फाइल वा सामग्री अपलोड गर्नुहुन्छ भने, त्यो सामग्री बुझाउनासाथ यसको सम्पूर्ण अधिकार Hamro Campus मा हस्तान्तरण हुन्छ भन्नेमा तपाईं सहमत हुनुहुन्छ। यसको मतलब Hamro Campus ले त्यस्तो सामग्री तपाईंको थप अनुमति वा क्षतिपूर्ति बिना नै प्रयोग, सम्पादन, प्रकाशन, वितरण वा हटाउन सक्छ।

सामग्री बुझाएर तपाईं पुष्टि गर्नुहुन्छ कि:

• सामग्री तपाईंको आफ्नै मौलिक कार्य हो, वा त्यसलाई साझा गर्ने र यी अधिकार Hamro Campus लाई हस्तान्तरण गर्ने अधिकार तपाईंसँग छ।
• यसले कसैको copyright वा अन्य अधिकारको उल्लङ्घन गर्दैन।
• यो BSc CSIT, BIT वा BCA को अध्ययनसँग सम्बन्धित छ र हानिकारक, अवैध वा आपत्तिजनक छैन।

तपाईंले बुझाएको सामग्रीको जिम्मेवारी तपाईंको हुन्छ। हामी बुझाइएका सामग्री समीक्षा गर्छौं र आफ्नो विवेकअनुसार अस्वीकार वा हटाउन सक्छौं।

६. भविष्यमा सशुल्क सेवाहरू

Hamro Campus हाल पूर्णतया निःशुल्क छ। भविष्यमा सशुल्क सुविधाहरू ल्याउन सक्छौं। त्यस बेला: खरिद गर्नुअघि स्पष्ट मूल्य देखाइनेछ, फिर्ता नीति खरिदको समयमा जानकारी दिइनेछ, र भुक्तानी प्रक्रिया सुरक्षित रूपमा गरिनेछ। भुक्तानी प्रमाणित गर्न र plan सक्रिय गर्न हामीले transaction reference वा payment proof माग्न सक्छौं। यो जानकारी कसरी प्रयोग हुन्छ भन्ने गोपनीयता नीति मा हेर्नुहोस्।

७. निषेधित गतिविधिहरू

• नक्कली खाता सिर्जना गर्ने वा अरूको रूप धारण गर्ने
• हानिकारक, अवैध वा आपत्तिजनक सामग्री अपलोड गर्ने
• आफूलाई साझा गर्ने अधिकार नभएको सामग्री बुझाउने
• Message वा group chat मार्फत अन्य member लाई हैरानी दिने, धम्की दिने वा spam गर्ने
• अरूको खातामा अनधिकृत पहुँच प्रयास गर्ने
• स्वचालित उपकरण वा बोटहरू प्रयोग गर्ने, वा AI chatbot मा अत्यधिक load दिने
• नेपालको कुनै पनि लागू कानुन उल्लङ्घन गर्ने

यी नियम उल्लङ्घन गरेमा खाता तुरुन्तै निलम्बन वा स्थायी रूपमा समाप्त गर्न सकिन्छ।

८. Messaging, Community र AI Chatbot

Member messaging: Member बीचको messaging ऐच्छिक हो र default मा बन्द हुन्छ। कृपया सम्मानजनक व्यवहार गर्नुहोस्। अनावश्यक वा आपत्तिजनक म्यासेज आएमा support@hamrocampus.com मा report गर्नुहोस्। Messaging वा group chat दुरुपयोग गर्ने खाता हामी निलम्बन गर्न सक्छौं। हामी member का म्यासेज नियमित रूपमा पढ्दैनौं, तर दुरुपयोगको report आएमा, कानुनले आवश्यक पारेमा, वा कसैको सुरक्षाका लागि हामीले हेर्न सक्छौं।

AI chatbot: हाम्रो chatbot ले AI प्रयोग गरेर जवाफ दिन्छ, र जवाफहरू गलत वा अपूर्ण हुन सक्छन्। तपाईंले टाइप गरेका प्रश्नहरू third-party AI provider ले process गर्छ, जसबारे गोपनीयता नीति मा उल्लेख छ।

९. वारेन्टीको अस्वीकरण

Hamro Campus ले आफ्ना सेवाहरू “जस्ताको तस्तै” (as is) आधारमा, कुनै प्रकारको वारेन्टी बिना प्रदान गर्छ। हामी सही र अद्यावधिक सामग्री दिन प्रयास गर्छौं, तर:

• कुनै पनि सामग्रीको पूर्णता वा शुद्धताको ग्यारेन्टी गर्दैनौं।
• वेबसाइट निरन्तर वा त्रुटिरहित चल्नेछ भन्ने ग्यारेन्टी गर्दैनौं।
• प्रयोगकर्ताले आधिकारिक स्रोतबाट जानकारी पुष्टि गर्नुपर्छ।

१०. दायित्वको सीमा

११. खाता समाप्ति र मेटाउने

यी शर्तहरू उल्लङ्घन गरेमा हामी जुनसुकै बेला तपाईंको खाता निलम्बन वा समाप्त गर्ने अधिकार राख्छौं। समाप्त गर्ने कारणहरूमा शर्त उल्लङ्घन, र प्लेटफर्ममा ठगी, दुरुपयोग वा अवैध गतिविधि पर्छन्।

तपाईं आफ्नो Account Settings बाट (password पुष्टि गरेर) वा support@hamrocampus.com मा इमेल गरेर जुनसुकै बेला खाता मेटाउन अनुरोध गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ। अनुरोध गरेको ७ दिन भित्र हामी तपाईंको खाता र सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिगत डेटा मेटाउनेछौं। खाता समाप्त भएपछि डाउनलोड योग्य सामग्रीमा तपाईंको पहुँच बन्द हुनेछ।

तपाईंले contribute गरेको र प्रकाशित भइसकेको सामग्री खाता मेटाउँदा हटाइँदैन (खण्ड ५ हेर्नुहोस्)। बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति, अस्वीकरण, दायित्वको सीमा र लागू कानुन जस्ता प्रावधान खाता समाप्त भएपछि पनि लागू रहन्छन्।

१२. शर्तहरूमा परिवर्तन

हामी जुनसुकै बेला यी शर्तहरू अद्यावधिक गर्न सक्छौं। परिवर्तन गर्दा हामी महत्त्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनबारे दर्ता भएका प्रयोगकर्तालाई इमेलबाट सूचित गर्नेछौं र पृष्ठको माथि “Last Updated” मिति अद्यावधिक गर्नेछौं। परिवर्तनपछि पनि वेबसाइट प्रयोग गरिरहनु भनेको अद्यावधिक गरिएका शर्तहरू स्वीकार गर्नु हो।
